The combo of probiotics, pumpkin, and a little protein is a great way to start any day.

 2 bananas quartered and frozen
 1 tsp pumplin pie spice
 1 cup pumpkin puree
 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
 ¾ cup orange juice
