Win a Blendtec Power Bank Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter is: Luba Distribution Ltd, 1108 Marco Island, NG1 1AW, Nottingham, UK. A company registered in the United Kingdom and Wales; company registration number 10221096.
  2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (incl. Northern Ireland) as well as the Republic of Ireland.  You must be aged 18 years or over to enter. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  4. The entrant can enter the prize drawing by liking/following BlendtecUK on facebook, twitter or Instagram and commenting on the corresponding competition post on the platform.
  5. One entry will be accepted per person on each the following platforms – facebook, instragram or Twitter. You can therefore enter just once or a maximum of three times to increase your chances.  Users found to enter with fake/duplicate accounts will be excluded from this competition.
  6. Closing date for entry will be Monday 31st May 2017 at 23.59.  After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  8. The prize is as follows: A Blendtec Power Bank provided by LUBA Distribution Ltd.
  9. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute this prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  10. A winner will be chosen at random – we will randomly pick a proportional number users that complied with our T&Cs from Facebook, Instagram and Twitter (up to 10 users per platform, with 10 users being picked from the platfrom with the highest number of entrants) using a random user selector tool. From these users we will pick one at random to win the prize.
    1. Example: Total number of entrants: 100x Facebook, 50x Instagram, 20x Twitter = 10x Facebook, 5x Instagram, 2x Twitter. From these 17 users we will pick 1 at random.
  11. If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  12. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
  13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any reasonable publicity material.
  15. Your personal information will not be sold to any third parties. Please see our standard privacy policy for more details (i.e. we may need to give your address details to DHL/UPS/RoyalMail to ship you your prize). Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

  19. Luba Distribution Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  20. Luba Distribution Ltd also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
