Ingredients
1⁄2 lb chicken breasts, cubed
3⁄4 c water
21⁄4 c wheat germ
Method
Preheat oven to 350°F. In pot, boil chicken in water; reserve cooking water.
Add cooked chicken and cooking water to FourSide jar. Secure lid and select “Batter.” Add wheat germ and secure lid. Press “Pulse” until ingredients are incorporated.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls, and place on baking sheet. Use back of spoon dipped in water to slightly flatten balls. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
Makes 30 treats.
